My movie is decoded properly and I can play it using my system player but AVI ReComp is unable to recompress the video. What to do?
While being recompressed the video stream needs to be decompressed by the decoder - a codec (compressor) that was used to encode the original clip. You must have this codec installed in your OS or you can install ffdshow - a set of DirectShow decoding filters which can decode almost all popular video and audio formats.
