I think it is great how you guys include all what is needed in AVI reComp installer. Have you considered replacing your version of VirtualDubMod with an updated version: 1.5.10.3( I found it on a French site(apologies if this is the version you use already in your installer) or using the excellent 1.6 ac-3 enabled version with a few more features etc than other previous builds.
Thanks for the info. As for ARC installer we only include the original versions of VDubMod which are published on SourceForge.net Theoretically ARC should accept all newer versions of VDubMod if the build number is higher than 1.5.10.2 - so it should be possible to load 1.5.10.3 or 1.6 manually.
My pleasure! ARC accepts 1.5.10.3 but it does not accept 1.6 version for some reason. I see messages stating non compatibility with ARC! The Truth is Always Out There, just ask the right questions and be polite!
