It seems we have a little bug here.
The max value for alpha-blending should be 255 and not 225.
And that's why your logo remains a little transparent.
This is definitely a bug and will surely be fixed in the next release.

And for the time being you can use the following workaround.
Adjust all settings (set Alpha to, say 138) and add your job to the Queue - do not start the job.
Now you have to find the ARC job file. The file is located in "user/appdata/AVI ReComp/Jobs".
Open the file in Notepad and you will see sth like that

logo=logo(0,0,138,0,0,0,225,0,"D:\My images\logo.bmp",0,0,250,0,20,250,20)

Change 138 (or any other value you chose before) to 255.
Save the file.
Start your job(s).

I want to overlay a old logo with a new one

when I set Alpha blending to 225 (which is max) it will display the logo still a little transparent...which is useless in this case

I have a problem. I would to impress subtitle (.srt or ass. file) on a avi video but the position of the subtitle have to be in the upperside of the screen. How can I do it?
