When you load ASS or SSA subtitles from within the subtitles module a box marked settings will become active. Click settings for the menu.

Hello Homi!It seems we have a little bug here.The max value for alpha-blending should be 255 and not 225.And that's why your logo remains a little transparent.This is definitely a bug and will surely be fixed in the next release.And for the time being you can use the following workaround.Adjust all settings (set Alpha to, say 138) and add your job to the Queue - do not start the job.Now you have to find the ARC job file. The file is located in "user/appdata/AVI ReComp/Jobs".Open the file in Notepad and you will see sth like that
logo=logo(0,0,138,0,0,0,225,0,"D:\My images\logo.bmp",0,0,250,0,20,250,20)
Change 138 (or any other value you chose before) to 255.Save the file.Start your job(s).Good luck!

I don't think so, however I have seen logos completely obscured so it is possible, most likely by the using Virtual Dub Mod directly. Unfortunately I have never had a reason or an inclination to explore this facility and so can offer no more help. I would wager that lots more information can be found by using Google.

Hello everyoneI want to overlay a old logo with a new onewhen I set Alpha blending to 225 (which is max) it will display the logo still a little transparent...which is useless in this caseis there a way to overlay a non transparent logo?

You need to convert your subs to SSA or ASS and adjust the slider, indicated in the graphic, to set the elevation of the text in your video.
